If you’ve found your way here, you likely already know this:
talking about it isn’t always enough.
Many of the individuals I work with come to me after trying traditional approaches that didn’t fully meet their needs—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. And many professionals I train share a similar frustration: wanting to go deeper in their work, but lacking the right tools to do so.
That’s where my work begins.
I am an art therapist, and I work with a team of expressive therapists—including a dance/movement therapist and a music therapist—offering integrative, creative approaches to healing. Together, we provide services that go beyond words, helping individuals access and process emotions through art, movement, and music.
These modalities are especially powerful for trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional experiences—where healing requires more than conversation alone.
